Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We are aware that things may happen unexpectedly so please allow a grace period up to 5 days prior to cancellation. please allow a notice of 72 hours prior to rescheduling your event. Failure to apply will result in your deposit being terminated (non-refundable or transferable). This means that deposits cannot be used towards another booking service under any circumstances. A new deposit must be sent in order to book any new catering service. Late payments: A $50+ up-charge penalty fee will be added on to any past due balance. Penalty Fees are subject to increase with the more time payment is not received. Fuzhen16 values its time and asks all customers to respect this in a professional and timely manner.
