Booking Policy:  a booking form must be completed and submitted in order to schedule a consultation. (Name, Number, E-mail, address (event location) and date/time is required)  For all catering services or private-dining events, it must be at least two weeks prior to the set date. Please be aware that 50% of the deposit is due the day of booking. (Last minute bookings are subject to an up-charge) deposits can only be sent electronically  through transferable payment options only such as Cash App, Apple Pay, fuzhen16 pay link, etc., (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED).The remaining balance is due the time & date of the scheduled event (transferable payment options or cash is accepted). You will receive  an invoice with details of the product & services that we (Fuzhen16) provided. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We are aware that things may happen unexpectedly so please allow a grace period up to 5 days prior to cancellation.  please allow a notice of 72 hours prior to rescheduling your event. Failure to apply will result in your deposit being terminated (non-refundable  or transferable). This means that deposits cannot be used towards another booking service under any circumstances. A new deposit must be sent in order to book any new catering service.

late payments:  
A $50+ up-charge penalty fee will be added on to any past due balance. Penalty Fees are subject to increase with the more time payment is not received.  Fuzhen16 values its time and asks all customers to respect this in a professional and timely manner.

Pricing Policy:  budget plays an important role in planning any event, which is why we solely base pricing on the total number of guests and menu items. pricing for catering services are completely customizable & affordable. we try our best to work with you so that you can get the best catering experience possible.
