No. Fuzhen16 provides a free 15 minute consultation. This allows customers to discuss any packages they are interested in or ask questions about Fuzhen16's catering services. Customers may add additional time for an up-charge.

All customers must fill out a booking form and schedule a free consultation. Customers are required to provide their name, number, e-mail, address (event location), and date/time of the event. A 50% deposit is required the day of booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.

Fuzhen16 provides affordable catering packages that best fit your budget. Estimated prices are available on our website through our catering or private-dining packages. Pricing may vary based on the size of the party and number of guests.

Fuzhen16 provides a grace period up to 5 days prior to cancellation and requires a 72 hour notice prior to rescheduling. Failure to apply will result in your deposit being terminated (non-refundable) or transferable. This means all deposits cannot be used towards another booking service under any circumstances. A new booking form must be completed and a new deposit must be sent in order to book Fuzhen16's catering service.

Yes. We are aware that booking any catering service for any event can be expensive. We try our best to make sure we accommodate each Fuzhen Fam Customer and work with them directly. We offer solutions that can help you stay on track so that you can be within your budget.

Fuzhen16 accepts transferable payment options such as Cash App, Apple Pay, or Fuzhen16's Pay Link. Cash is only accepted when the remaining balance is due at the date and time of service. We do not accept cash for any deposit under no circumstances. Once payment is received, Fuzhen16 provides all customers with a receipt, showing details of our "Products & Services" that are sent via e-mail.
